Terms of Service

Welcome to Kickoff. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kickoff. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy on your behalf and consent to your participation in the tournaments you register for.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.
Provide accurate information. Impersonating someone else, creating fake teams, or using the app to harass other users will get your account suspended or removed.

You may not:

Disrupt the service, scrape it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
Submit false match results, fake goal scorers, or otherwise tamper with tournament records.
Use the app to harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Tournaments are organised by independent organisers using Kickoff. The organiser sets the rules, schedule, venue, and age divisions for their tournament, approves registrations, and runs the event itself.
Entry fees. When a tournament has an entry fee, it is shown before you register and is paid by the team captain through Moyasar's secure checkout. Rowa Tech is the merchant of record: we collect the fee, issue the payment confirmation, and handle refunds. We never see or store your card details. Organisers receive their tournament proceeds from Rowa Tech separately.
Refunds. A paid entry fee is refunded automatically to the original payment method if the organiser cancels the tournament, or if the organiser removes your team's registration (at any stage). How quickly the refund appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
Withdrawing. There is no self-service withdrawal: if your team needs to pull out, ask the organiser to remove your registration — once they do, a paid entry fee is refunded as above.
Problems and disputes. If a payment or refund doesn't look right, email support@kickoffsa.com — we will investigate with Moyasar and the organiser and reply within 5 business days.

You retain ownership of photos, team names, and other content you submit.
You grant Kickoff a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the app for the purpose of running the service.
You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload anything you upload.

Football is a physical sport and carries a risk of injury. By registering you confirm you are medically fit to play, and you take part at your own risk. For players under 18, the parent or guardian accepts these risks on the player's behalf.
The organiser and the venue are responsible for running the event safely — pitch conditions, first-aid arrangements, and enforcing conduct rules. Follow the organiser's safety instructions at all times.
Match results are recorded by the organiser and their referees. If you dispute a result, raise it with the organiser — Kickoff displays what organisers record and does not adjudicate results.
To report misconduct, unsafe conditions, or abusive behaviour — in the app or at an event — email support@kickoffsa.com. We may suspend or remove accounts, teams, or organisers involved in serious misconduct.
Kickoff is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but we don't promise uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Rowa Tech is not liable for injuries, losses, or disputes arising at in-person events, which remain between you, the organiser, and the venue.

You can delete your account from Edit Profile → Delete Account. If you are the captain of a team with other active members, or with a registration in a live tournament, hand the captaincy to someone else (or disband the team, or wait for the tournament to finish) first — then deletion completes immediately.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
